Oppen Application for BIP: Intercultural Intelligence in a Globalized World

We are pleased to announce that the application procedure is now open for Blended Intensive Program(BIP): Intercultural Intelligence in a Globalized World. 

The BIP will take place in Varna, Bulgaria, from May 11th to 15th, 2026. 

This BIP is designed for BA, MA, and PhD students and focuses on developing intercultural intelligence, understood as intercultural competence, awareness, and communication. It includes a 5-day on-site component with theoretical and interactive sessions, followed by 5–10 days of online tasks culminating in a final individual project. The on-site component focuses on topics such as Intercultural Communication, Understanding Cultural Values, dimensions of culture, Intercultural Competence and Communication Styles, Teamwork in Diverse Environments, among others. 

The online component will focus on individual exploration, peer interaction, and project development.

We can accept up to 5 students from each university.
