Have you planned how and when you are traveling to Shumen? Make sure you have checked the calendar to see the exact dates for the beginning and end of the semester. That way you can avoid any confusion and pre-plan your arrival and departure. You should also send an e-mail to the Erasmus+ Team at Konstantin Preslavsky University of Shumen when you have finalized the arrangements for your arrival, or to ask for our help in the matter.
Ask your coordinators what documents need to be signed upon your arrival (i.e. a Confirmation for Arrival/Departure).
Take your originally signed Application and Accommodation forms with you – we will need them. Also, make sure to bring two passport-size photos (3,5 cm x 4,5 cm) of yourself for your academic file. Before you leave your home country, please schedule an appointment with the Administrative Erasmus+ Coordinators at Konstantin Preslavsky University of Shumen. We will need the following information via e-mail: date and time of your arrival ; whether you would like to have an Erasmus+ Buddy ; when can we expect you to come by our International Relations Center to get your documents in order and go over some useful information and details about your stay, studies and accommodation here at your host institution.
