Information on all incoming mobilites is presented to the Administrative Erasmus+ Coordinators at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are a student, please visit the Students submenu for further information on procedures, deadlines and documents.
If you are a faculty member, please send an e-mail to our office first with your mobility agreement and tell us what additional documents you need (eg. confirmation). We will forward your request to the respective departmental coordinator and you can expect an answer from them with proposed changes or from us with the signed and stamped documents.
If you are an administrative staff member, please send your request to us and we will contact our colleagues. Please keep in mind that some colleagues may want some more information including your proposed mobility plan.
