The current Erasmus + Institutional Program of Action at the University of Shumen addresses the issues of providing general information, organization and administration of Erasmus + activities in the context of higher education as well as the rules for the selection of students, and non-teaching staff. All of these are based on the documents of the European Commission (EC) and the Program Coordinator for Bulgaria – Human Resources Development Center (HRDD) and the Shumen University Regulation.
