The Erasmus + Guide is designed for everyone who wishes to receive detailed information on the Erasmus + program. The document is intended for those who wish to be:
- participating organizations, ie. organizations, institutions and bodies that organize activities supported by the program;
- participants, ie. Individuals (undergraduates, trainees, apprentices, students, adult learners, youth, volunteers or university lecturers, teachers, instructors, youth workers, specialists in education, training, sports, etc.) who participate in activities organized by the participating organizations.
Every year, organizations from across Europe submit thousands of projects to receive financial support under the Erasmus + program. Therefore, the European Commission has put in place a transparent evaluation procedure, with the aim of awarding the grant to the best projects:
- for most of the actions under the program, all the rules and conditions for the award of grants under the program are set out in the Program Guide;
- for other actions that are only mentioned in the program guide, the rules and conditions for the grant are set out in specific calls for proposals published by or on behalf of the European Commission.
